“Came to Dr. Alami with Plantar Fasciosis! Had it for two years. It got to the point where I could not walk without pain. My right foot was much worse. We did therapy on both, and ultimately we decided plantar release surgery was a viable option for my right foot. I had the surgery in November. Today, I’m back to walking 3 -5 miles every other morning without any pain. I’m pain free. Eventually, I’ll walk every morning, but most folks who have had the surgery say wait up to a year. Very grateful to Dr. Alami”
