“You guys are excellent, but the wait times are completely idiotic. An hour and 45 mins for one of my appointments. And that was just one appt. I have another knee and some shoulders, but honestly, I am rethinking Aspen because of being abandoned in those examination rooms. I had my 88 yr old mom with me at another appt (because she had a doc appt close to your office, so I brought her with me). I had to go out to get her in the waiting room after 45 mins. Then when I finally saw, and Dr. Larson wanted me to make a follow-up appt, your front office staff had already signed out of the computers and was closing down the office. Seriously, my time is worth something too. I am the primary caregiver for my mom.”
