“I called in to ask if the tech could ask Dr. Amato if my injection for my carpal tunnel, which was eight days ago, should be feeling worse, or if it is normal for it to feel worse before it gets better? I was very pleased when I received a callback from Dr. Amato himself, reassuring me that it could take a couple of weeks or a little longer, but that I was welcome to call back if I had more questions.”
