“I have knee pain. After they x-rayed my knee, Dr. Butler came in and explained what the problem was. He suggested medication or to try a steroid shot. I opted for the shot. He said to make an appt for three weeks; if you’re feeling better, you can cancel the appt. He was beautiful and very down to earth. (Great bedside manners). I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with orthopedics. Staff was terrific also — friendly atmosphere.”

“In March Dr. Butler examined my knee and found a ganglion. He said he could drain it with a needle. He also suggested a shot to help with the pain. I returned in April to have this procedure. He said on closer inspection he decided that it had to be surgically removed. I had the shot and we decided to do the surgery. Surgery was scheduled for July, but after having a cast put on per Dr. Pappas, I noticed a lot more discomfort around the knee as well as a large bruise. I returned to have the cast removed because of the level of pain and talked to Dr. Butler's assistant about bumping up the surgery. She spoke with Dr. Butler, and it was decided that he would do the operation in May. He explained everything to me in detail so that I would understand what was going to happen. I had the surgery on May 24th, and everything went fine. Dr. Butler called me about 6:00PM to check on me and clear up any questions I had about the medication I should be taking. All in all, I had a very satisfying experience with Dr. Butler regarding my knee. After this heals, I will be returning to him for a solution to a torn rotator cuff. I am not usually comfortable with doctors but he made me feel as though I was in good hands and he has proved it so far. I would recommend Dr. Butler to anyone who needs orthopaedic care.”
