“The person that schedules the appointment needs to learn how to treat people. The policy for the office needs to be changed. I was in bad pain called for an interview and was made aware at that time I had to get additional records from another doctor besides the one that referred me. I got told that the doctor would have to review before an appointment could get made after she had already made an appointment the records from the doctor that referred me had done been reviewed this cost two more weeks no way to do business. The doctor and the visit were great.”

“This was my first visit to Appalachian Orthopedics. Although the office was hectic, the front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. Dr. Holbrook was charming to meet and gave me a thorough explanation of my condition as well as my choices for treatment. Every nurse or person I saw in scrubs, was very helpful to me. It was great to see so many smiles on a rainy Friday morning! My wait to see the doctor was an hour and twenty minutes, but it was worth it. :)”
