“I am 82 and had a broken forearm. It occurred during dog agility training. I went to the orthopedic clinic, and when there, received aid and a doctor’s appointment. Efficient service there. Dr. Clark explained my X-rays and had an excellent bedside manner, which was a welcome relief. I knew I was in good hands; his temperament helped calm me, and I was able to relax a little. Cole, the young man who put my cast on, was very helpful, explaining what he was doing and how it was going to help me. Jason, another young man who took my cast off, was also informative. They both made me feel safe and comfortable with what they had to do. Dr. Clark gave me two pages with physical therapy exercises to do at home. He said if I had any problems within the next 3 or 4 weeks or needed more help, to call him and he would set up some in-house physical therapy. Cole also helped me understand my home therapy exercises and what I needed to do regarding the brace I was given. I appreciate everyone who helped me get back to training my dogs.
