“Once again Dr. Baldauf has done an excellent job with another knee replacement for me. His concern and commitment to me as a patient is worth noting, and he prepares himself as fully as possible for whatever he may encounter once surgery begins. In my case he didn't have the easiest time with either of my knee surgeries because of unusual circumstance in each case, but he rose to the occasion both times and I am walking well for the first time in many, many years. I would recommend Dr. Baldauf and his team without hesitation. I can only imagine what kind of success he'd have when faced with an uncomplicated surgery! “I went to see Dr. Baldauf because of the pain in both my knees. Dr. Baldauf and the staff worked with me to try pain control so we could prevent surgery as long as possible. After several years of injections in both knees, it finally got to a point where knee replacement was the only option left. My first surgery was last November, and the other was in June. I did my therapy at Desert Orthopedic, and I can do just about anything I could before the replacements.”

“We discussed my hip flexor pain. I asked about what could be causing the pain, and it could be scar tissue or maybe a piece of cartilage catching. Looked at options including surgery (scope) with Dr. Hanson and continued PT. Dr. Baldauf indicated it could take up to two years from the date of operation to completely heal. I stated I did not want to have another surgery at this time and would like to give it some more time, which he agreed was the best option. It was decided to request additional PT visits from my insurance company. Dr. Baldauf listened intently and responded to all of my questions. I have been treated very, very well by him and all staff.”
