“I went in because of a pain in my left Achilles. I had been suffering from this pretty severely for about seven weeks. Dr. Zimmerman looks at it and had an x-ray taken of it. After viewing the X-ray and going by the description of the pain that I was in he came up with the diagnosis of Achilles tendonitis, he gave me some stretches to go along with ice massaging and told me to take anti-inflammatories. I iced for about a week, and I've been stretching it for several weeks now taking the anti-inflammatories that he recommended. It is not 100%, but it is almost there. I wish I had gone to see him sooner, waiting seven weeks was foolish on my part but he did a great job and if I'm ever in pain again he is the man I'm going back to see.”
