“I was in a lot of pain due to an accident in 2008. Since then, I have been experiencing pain in my left arm, back, and left knee. Dr. Kwak examined me, and he ordered X-rays. He found that I did not have any rupture. Instead, I had arthritis. Dr. Kwak sent me to physical therapy. I have been feeling a lot better since then.”
