“Dr. Massey is always a pleasure to deal with and still shows concern about my needs. I did have an exciting experience with one of the nurses that I was shocked over. The CNA came in and had me fill out a form for an MRI and then came back in and directed me to the downstairs where they perform MRI's. I said to the CNA that I was not able to do open or closed units that I needed the upright unit that I would need the referral sent to the insurance company and they would contact me to schedule. The CNA responded that I wished I had known that. Well, if the patient is not aware of what is going on, I can't help. Other than this experience, every experience has been great!”
