My story....last September I tore ligament in wrist and when researching orthopedic doctor. I performed further investigation on SCOI website and was immediately impressed with selection of doctors, specialties, and credentials. This is where I found Dr. Simic and decided to give him a try and glad I did. Dr. Simic is an excellent surgeon. He consulted with me on every step of the long process of repairing my hand. Furthermore his staff is highly confident, professional, and personable making every visit as pleasant as can be. As a working professional in technology managing my own team, I always try to recognize great work when I see it. I have to to note the exceptional performance of Samantha (Sam), Taylor Johnston (casting), Ibette and Alma in occupational therapy. Sam was always on top of scheduling my appointments and getting needed authorizations timely, Taylor was awesome in casting, having several cast changes and seeing her work first hand she is highly skilled and incredibly hard worker. Very personable making each experience enjoyable for not only me but many others. Ibette and Alma who perform the delicate work of rehabbing my hand have the proper balance of strength, skill, patience, and motivation. I look forward to continuing my therapy to achieve greater results.
